Because this event is not at our normal site, we are asking for permission for your child to join us at Meriden. Filling out this form indicates you give permission for your teenager to be at the event and supervised by our leaders, who all have the appropriate working with children checks and safe ministry training.
We are meeting at Meriden School, 3 Margaret Street Strathfield. You can drop off on Margaret Street, or Strathfield Station is a 5 minute walk away. Some snacks are provided but not a full dinner. $10 is required to cover the cost of the event.
