The St Luke’s 10:30am congregation will be heading to Wollongong for our retreat. Come join us for a time of intentionally resting in God as a church community. We will join together for Bible talks, meals and free time.
We are staying at Wollongong Surf Leisure Resort. Come down Friday evening (optional dinner at the pub across the road at 7pm, or make your own dinner plans) and we will wrap up with lunch on Sunday (1:30pm departure).
Booking Instructions
There are several accommodation options included below. The capacity and price of each option are included. The capacity is given by the site and includes the maximum number of adults and maximum number of children. The capacity for adults can be filled by children, but not vice-versa (for example, the motel air standard cabin has a capacity of 3 adults and 1 child. That means it can also host 2 adults and 2 children, but not 4 adults and 0 children).
The food costs are not included in room costs, so please include the number of adults and children who will be sharing your room in the 'weekend meals' sections. Note, dietary requirements can be given after you select your accommodation option.
You may wish to share a room with others. We ask that one person would book and pay on behalf of an entire room. You can do this by selecting the desired room type and entering the number of adults and children in the food cost section. Then you will be able to provide the name and dietary requirements of each member of the room. We will leave you to split the cost among the members of your room.
There are options for financial assistance for students and low income members. If you require financial assistance then please tick the relevant box.
Steps to book a cabin:
1) Select the desired accommodation option and put 1 as the quantity.
2) Put in the correct numbers of adults and children for food cost (it is $45 for the weekend per adult and $22.50 for the weekend per child).
3) Enter the details for each member of your room in the next section.
4) (optional) support another member coming to weekend away.
5) Click next.
6) Complete the payment and finish registration.
7) Split the cost between members of your room yourself.
Steps to book camping (for camping you have to provide your own equipment):
1) Enter the correct number of people who you will be camping with (e.g. if you are booking for 3 adults, 1 child aged 5-17 years and 1 child aged 0-4 years then enter 2 as the quantity for the first 2 adults ($56 each), 1 as the quantity for extra person 18+ ($32), 1 as the quantity for extra person 5-17 ($16) and 1 as the quantity for extra person 0-4 ($0)).
2) Put in the correct quantity of adults and children for food cost (it is $45 for the weekend per adult and $22.50 for the weekend per child).
3) Enter the details for each member of your camp in the next section.
4) (optional) support another member coming to weekend away.
